This easy to follow guide will increase a character's combat effectiveness and help players make large amounts of gold quickly and easily.

Peter Molyneux’s Fable 2 is a truly unique and compelling action RPG where the player’s every choice can have a profound impact on the game’s living, breathing world. These proven strategies will make life in Albion a bit more pleasant for players who choose to follow them.

Most Effective Augments

The Ghoul Augment is by far the most effective in the world of Fable 2. Players who find themselves in possession of a weapon with empty augment slots would do well to equip one. The Ghoul Augment drains the health of any enemies and returns it to the player, healing them. With this augment equipped, players should almost never have to eat food or drink potions to regain health.

The Devestation Augment increases weapon damage, an excellent choice for a second augment slot. Other fine choices include the Golden Touch Augment, which grants gold for every kill, and the Discipline Augment, which increases the experience gained from kills.

Money Making Strategies

In the early stages of the game, money is definitely hard to come by. Fortunately, simple strategies exist to help players build up a sizable stash fairly quickly.

One very easy strategy is available to players as soon as they reach Bowerstone Market. Keep an eye on the “sales” tab in the pause menu. The Bowerstone Blacksmith’s items go on sale very frequently. Wait until they do, and then buy as many weapons as possible at the discounted prices.

Then, simply run up the road to Fairfax Gardens and sell them at full price to any weapon vendor there. Then, take the money earned and return to the Bowerstone Market Blacksmith for another run. Repeat the process until the Blacksmith’s inventory is depleted.

Now the player should have enough money to buy a some nice clothes and decent weapons.

Fable 2 Real Estate

Real estate is another fantastic way to make a lot of gold in Albion. Never quit the game with excess gold pieces in the inventory. It’s far better to spend those extra 2,000 gold pieces on something that will continue to make money while the system is off then to simply let them stagnate.

A good way to build up a nest egg rather quickly is to combine the two strategies. Use the Bowerstone Market blacksmith tactic to get a large sum of gold quickly, then turn around and invest it in local property. It won’t be long before the gold pieces are rolling in and the player can afford the best armor and weapons possible.

Raising prices and rents is a great way to make even more money for the players who aren’t concerned about their appearance. It won’t take long for a character to become corrupted, but who needs good looks when they’ve got tons of gold?

Making use of these augment and gold-making tactics can make a player’s journey through Albion much easier. Choosing the right augments and skillfully investing in real estate are two of the easiest and most effective ways to save money on potions and keep the money flowing even when not playing the game.

Fable 2 is available now for the Xbox 360.

Any body who wants cash fast (without cheating) can simply do the Bartenders job. If you do this job continuesly from scratch to 5 star promotion you'll make 60K easy, its th easiest and best paying job.
For those that want to cheat try looking up the money glitch, simply just type in 'Fable 2 Money Glitch' on any search engine.
Also easy way to max out your stats and experience is to find a House called' Monster Manor' in Bowerstone Market, buy it and then sleep in it. This will add a star to your physique, now take this star off (notice it will not dissapeare) once you get the experiance by doing this u can add it to other things. Note you can keep unequiping this added star for the experience as much as you like. I would recommend that you add this experiance onto your physique so the experiance you take but dont take off will be a lot higher. Also note to keep enough experiance to rebuy this added star that was given to you by sleeping in Monster Manor gave you, for you will have to buy this star again when you sleep in another bed as this will take away the temporary star given to you by Monster Manor.
Peace.
P.s. For the guy who made the first comment, please dont be so rude, so what that there isnt any armor, who cares. so top being negative.

LOL, as if it's hard to earn money in this game. It's a piece of cake once you reach level 5 on any of the in-game jobs, which isn't very difficult. Use the money you earn from working to buy up real estate and start collecting rent and profits. If only getting rich was so easy in real life.

I started going with 5 star blacksmithing, then invested like crazy in real estate. I own all of Bowerstone Market and Old Town. I make 11K every 5 minutes. Go to sleep, wake up, and in a day, I will have Castle Fairfax.
