Need help in Runescape finding out about the crafting skill? Well this is a great skill to level up due to all the neat things that it is used for. There is the ability to craft pottery items with clay, get some armor made with leathers and hides, and even wool spinning into thread. Crafting with Clay
To craft with clay is a simple process, but one that will give good experience with relative ease. To craft items like pots and pans and level up the skill, clay needs to be mined. These are from clay rocks, mined up, and then used with water to form “soft clay”.
Then go to the crafting guild and use the potter’s wheel and the oven there to make the items to skill up. This part of the skill gives decent experience to the character. Members are going to be able to make plant lids and pots as well.
Crafting with Leather
Hides are easily received from the slaying of cattle throughout the lands. There are plenty of cow herds roaming around that will drop hides, meat, and bones so that you can level up three skills at once (cooking, crafting, and prayer).
These hides can be taken to the tanner and turned into leather, thus laying groundwork to have this leather make armor items. There are only certain things that are able to be made, but it’s a nice little money maker.
Spinning in Runescape
There are also spinning wheels around in the cities; these are for various things like balls of wool and for bowstrings. For the free players in the game, there is only the art of spinning wool into balls of wool that can be spun.
However members are able to make bowstrings and ropes that can be used for quests and for other skill leveling challenges. Spinning wool into balls of wool is part of the Sheep Shearer jobs in the Lumbridge area. So this can be leveling your crafting skill and raising the gold in the bank at the same time.
